Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the JobÂ
Provides comprehensive primary care including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, minor procedures, coordination of care, referral, preventative care, and health maintenance to a dedicated panel of patients.  Â
Maintains accurate and timely documentation of services in accordance with SEARHC policy. Â
Providesoptimal patient experience using strong listening and communication skills that build long term patient care relationships.Â
ActivelyparticipatesinSEARHCqualitypatientcareinitiativesand quality assuranceprograms.Â
Actively participates in provider and clinic meetings, and SEARHC medical staff functions.Â
At times the Physician may be directed to provide services outside of the clinic to meet the patient’s needs, e.g., local long-term care center, Pioneer Home, patient’s home, and local schools

State of Alaska Medical License as an MD orDO.Â
