Blazer is seeking an experienced Cut Shop Carpenter to join our Production team! If you have strong carpentry skills, experience operating shop equipment, and take pride in producing high-quality building components, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a company that values safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork. ️ What You’ll Do: Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and measurements. Accurately measure, cut, and prepare materials for walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components. Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently. Build and assemble components according to production standards and project requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Load, unload, and handle construction materials safely. Complete work accurately while meeting production schedules and quality standards. Assist with training and supporting less experienced team members. Help identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and workflow. ✅ What We're Looking For: Previous carpentry, construction, manufacturing, or cut shop experience. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Strong knowledge of construction materials, measuring techniques, and shop practices. Experience working with saws, drills, routers, nailers, and other carpentry tools. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness. Reliable transportation.
