General RequirementsÂ
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordÂ
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening if requiredÂ
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Â
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyÂ
- Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and scaffoldingÂ
- Comfortable working in ceilings, crawl spaces, and construction environmentsÂ
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periodsÂ
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsÂ

What You’ll DoÂ
- Assist with the installation of structured cabling systems in commercial environmentsÂ
- Pull, route, and dress copper and fiber optic cablingÂ
- Terminate and test CAT5e, CAT6, and other low-voltage cabling systemsÂ
- Follow project plans, safety requirements, and installation standardsÂ
- Maintain a clean and organized work areaÂ
- Communicate effectively with technicians, lead technicians, and project managersÂ
- Learn industry standards, installation techniques, and best practicesÂ
- Properly use and maintain hand tools and installation equipmentÂ
- Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and accuratelyÂ

- Valid Colorado driver's license requiredÂ
- Basic hand tools requiredÂ
- Ability and willingness to follow all company safety policies and proceduresÂ

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisorsÂ
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 poundsÂ
- Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and construction job sitesÂ

- Previous construction, electrical, low-voltage, telecommunications, or labor experienceÂ
- Interest in structured cabling, networking, or technology systemsÂ
- Experience using basic hand and power toolsÂ
