We’re looking for a driven and experienced sales pro who thrives on building relationships, winning new accounts, and helping customers grow their business.
What You’ll Do
  • Hunt down and win new business with contractors, designers, and multi-unit accounts.
  • Build and deepen relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue potential.
  • Lead in-person presentations, trainings, and product demos.
  • Collaborate with our support team to deliver a seamless, high-touch customer experience.
  • Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and digital platforms to track activity, manage pipeline, and stay organized.
  • Represent Highland Cabinetry Colorado with professionalism, energy, and a consultative approach.
What You Bring
  • Proven sales track record: cabinet sales experience preferred, but strong B2B building products sales will be considered.
  • 5+ years of business development and account management success.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • Ability to present, negotiate, and close deals with confidence.
  • 2020/Pro Kitchen design software knowledge is a big plus.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Self-starter mindset-you own your goals and crush them.
