Dion’s is seeking a motivated assistant manager to join one of our Denver Metro teams who exemplifies all the above. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our store employees during each shift and ensuring customers get an exceptional Dion’s experience.

What you’ll do:
- Ensure all food is consistently prepared and served according to the established recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
- Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
- Resolve and follow up on customer opportunities.
- Prepare the store for rushes with crew, station, and dining room set up.
- Lead and train employees to maintain high production, productivity, quality, and food safety standards.
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are always followed and compliant.
- Consistently review employees, providing quality feedback supporting their growth and development.
- Work with management team to control costs and build sales.

- Pay is a combination of performance-based bonuses and hourly pay. Hourly pay starts at $21.50, with the opportunity to earn more after training. There is also the potential to earn up to $500 per month in bonus pay. (Bonus amount and hourly pay increase with tenure).

What you’ll need:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant management preferred.
- ServSafe certified or ability to complete it within six months of starting.
- Driven to provide consistent, safe, quality food.
- Top-notch customer service skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
