SUMMARY

The Beverage Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by promptly taking and serving beverage orders in assigned venues, including casino floors, lounges, nightclubs, or bars. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and adherence to all alcohol service regulations while creating a welcoming and engaging guest experience in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume food and beverage service, a working knowledge of mixology, and strong communication and guest service skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests promptly and take beverage orders in a friendly and professional manner.

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.

• Demonstrate knowledge of drink menus, mixology basics, and promotional offerings.

• Process guest checks, itemize bills, and handle cash and electronic payments accurately.

• Monitor guest consumption and comply with responsible alcohol service standards.

• Report visibly intoxicated guests or unusual activity to a supervisor immediately.

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned service areas, including clearing used glassware.

• Stock and restock beverage service stations with supplies as needed.

• Support special events, promotions, and peak business periods.

• Work collaboratively with bartenders, supervisors, and other Team Members.

• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Must be 21 years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous cocktail server, bartending, or high-volume food and beverage experience preferred.

• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, and basic cocktail preparation.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required alcohol service certifications and gaming licenses.

• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 30lbs
