Job Summary: | This position will serve as the Practice Manager for the Dental Faculty Practice in the School of Dental Medicine. This position will manage the administrative and financial day-to-day operations of the Dental Faculty Practice (DFP) and the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Service. This position will manage the administrative/clinical support teams for the Dental Faculty Practice unit. This position will report to the Senior Associate Dean of Professional Practice, and collaborate closely with Associate Dean for Financial Affairs and Strategic Projects, Clinical Director of Dental Faculty Practice, Director of Human Resources, and other leadership positions to ensure long term success and sustainability of the practice. Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $83,170-$105,793 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
