Job Description:

Location:  150 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80012

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay Type:  Flat Rate

Pay Range: $40 - $60 per flat rate hour

What You'll Do:

  • Service vehicles in a timely and proficient manner for routine scheduled and regular maintenance

  • Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues, and accurately recommend replacement/repair as needed

  • Work with your team toward achieving dealership, group, and manufacturer goals and benchmarks

  • Efficiently and accurately repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues, maintaining productivity goals

What You Need:

  • 5+ years of experience as mainline technician in a professional dealership or automotive service center preferred

  • Ford Master Certification preferred

  • The ability to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate the motivation to continually increase your knowledge & technical skills

  • Your own complete and up-to-date set of tools

  • You must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
