Full Stack Developer

Northstrat is seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer for our program. As a member of the team, you’ll participate in our Agile development process, including all Agile ceremonies (stand-up, Iteration Planning, Demos, and Retros). You’ll work on the front and backend components for a unique and comprehensive dashboard that provides program metrics, release notes, and integration testing status to our end customer.

As part of the development process, you will solve unique and complex problems, using the latest technologies to create innovative solutions that are highly scalable and secure and deploy to a fully automated DevOps pipeline.

Technologies you will use include:

• Backend: Java, Python, Spring Boot
• Frontend: Vue
• Automated testing: Cypress
• DB: DynamoDB
• Cloud services: AWS, S3, Lambdas
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Source code management: Git, GitLab
• Issue tracking: Jira, Confluence
• DevSecOps pipeline: SonarQube

• Must have TS/SCI with CI poly to be considered or be willing to take CI poly

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field or related experience is required

• Available to work 100% onsite full time.

• Proficiency with Linux development including command line

• Candidates do not need experience in every tool/technology listed above but must demonstrate a willingness and proficiency for learning new skills and technologies

• Candidates must be able to collaborate and problem solve with others

• Proficiency with web platform technologies and the latest web standards

• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps processes

• Experience with database systems

• Experience with source code management tools

• Experience with container management (Kubernetes)
