About the Role:

Legion Technical Solutions LLC is looking for a talented Hardware/Systems Engineer to join their team in Aurora, CO. The Hardware/Systems Engineer will provide support to include storage, retrieval, and manipulation of data for analysis and troubleshooting of system capabilities and requirements; utilize analytic devices such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers for troubleshooting; monitor functioning of equipment and make necessary modifications to ensure the system operates in conformance with specifications; support the generation of concept of operations (CONOP) and provide recommendations for system architecture. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and integrate hardware and systems solutions to meet project requirements
Perform systems engineering analysis, including requirements definition, architecture design, and trade studies
Conduct hardware testing, verification, and validation to ensure system performance and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and electrical engineers
Support system integration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of hardware issues
Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and reports
Participate in design reviews and provide technical input throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience in hardware design, systems integration, or related engineering discipline
Proficiency with hardware development tools, lab equipment, and diagnostic instrumentation
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and the engineering development lifecycle
Current TS/SCI Clearance Required
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration
