The Role:Â
Entegris is currently seeking a Lead, Business Development Manager  to join the Formulated Solutions (FS) team. This position will be remote but will consist of frequent travel to our Aurora, Illinois, Billerica, MA and Fremont California facilities. Â

In this role, you will use advanced, wide-ranging experience to resolve complex issues creatively and guide product strategy, roadmaps, and execution. You will advise others on complex matters and use persuasion to align stakeholders across the business to design, develop, and manage activities for a product or product group from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, serving as a central resource across design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing. Your work will help translate market and customer needs into product decisions that improve growth, profitability, and customer outcomes. You will be a key driver for maintaining the existing customer base, as well as developing new opportunities in the microchip manufacturing industry for the FS business unit.    Â

What you’ll do:Â
You will help drive growth of a defined group of key customers Â
You will work on expanding the Entegris portfolio in existing and untapped markets Â
You will lead the business development effort to present selective offerings to a non-core customer base
You will guide the product managers on what strategic direction we choose to take with our offerings Â
You will bridge sales, marketing, and strategic planning by analyzing market trends to secure long-term revenue and strategic partnerships with clients Â
You will be expected to visit customers here and abroad as required by the business unit Â
You will have to set a cadence of internal meetings to execute problem solving solutions for existing problems  Â
You will be part of a team to introduce the newest state-of-the-art consumable products for the FAB marketÂ
Â
What we seek:Â
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Business preferred
8+ years of successful experience in the chemical industryÂ
Demonstrated business development capability across lifecycle activities (requirements, roadmap, launch, sustaining)
Strong commercial and financial acumen (business cases, pricing, margin drivers, and KPI management)
Ability to influence cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, sales, marketing) to drive decisions and execution
A team leader and team player Â
An energetic experienced professional who has a successful history of developing business and growing companies Â
A person who can manage projects from beginning to closure Â
Travel- up to 50% as required by the customer Â
Capable of learning the chemistries for cleaning, polishing, and etching of wafers for micro processing Â
- Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, Accolades, and SAP preferred

Compensation: 125,000.00 - 157,000.00Â per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
