Maintenance Technician - Job Fair

We are hosting a two-day job fair at Wentworth Apartments for all Maintenance Professionals (Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians) located in Denver, Aurora and its surrounding areas. DAY ONE: June 9th | 8:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m at Wentworth Apartments (11255 E. Alameda Avenue, Aurora, CO)

DAY TWO: June 10th | 8:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m at Wentworth Apartments (11255 E. Alameda Avenue, Aurora, CO)

Maintenance Supervisors must have their EPA Universal certifications. Additional requirements include working on-call (rotations) and weekends (when applicable).

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
• Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• EPA Type II or Universal is required for maintenance supervisors
• Energetic, responsible and organized
• A true team-player mentality
