As a Grease Monkey Manager, you will lead a high-performing pit crew to deliver lightning-fast, highly efficient vehicle service with immediate, friendly customer service.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Command the Flow: Lead from the front lines. Greet customers instantly and keep car service fast, safe, and efficient.
Manage Shop Operations: Handle all inventory tracking, parts ordering, and vendor relations to keep the shop fully stocked.
Optimize Scheduling: Build weekly employee schedules optimized for peak business hours.
Drive Pit Crew Performance: Recruit, train, and motivate your team on the floor to eliminate bottlenecks.
Master the Metrics: Take ownership of store profitability, labor costs, and weekly performance reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of management experience in quick-lube or automotive shop.
Skills: Proven ability to multitask with zero downtime, handle inventory/ordering, and manage schedules.
Communication: Strong ability to lead a team and talk to customers quickly under pressure.
Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) is a plus, but not required!
