Position Summary

Works independently under the direction of the Senior Director of Operations to schedule and coordinate flow of work between Summit Interconnect and vendors/suppliers to maximize utilization of production resources, quality, and on time shipping. Duties include ensuring jobs are prioritized to meet production and shipping schedules, maintaining files, reports and spreadsheets, conferring with vendors/suppliers to determine prioritization, progress of work and completion dates.


Knowledge, Skill Sets, Education, Experience

What you’ll need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert with Excel including macro generation.
  • Proficient with Office products including Word, Power Point and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and at all levels within the organizations.
  • Ability to collaborate to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to plan both in the short-term as well as the long-term.
  • Ability to internalize the company’s goals and work towards the realization of the company’s vision.
  • Ability to work independently with limited on-site supervision.

 

 

Desired:

  • Knowledge of SAP Business One
  • At least one year of experience in the planning field or related area.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity or background involving Printed Circuit Boards
