Job Summary: | We are seeking an Unemployment Coordinator to join the Employee Relations and Performance team within Central Human Resources at the CU Anschutz Campus. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing unemployment claim processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. This position also partners closely with supervisors and HR colleagues to support effective employment practices across the campus and contribute to a consistent, fair, and compliant employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Work Location: | This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week on the Anschutz campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as: Entry: $55,000 - $59,000 Intermediate: $60,000 - $65,000 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
