Position Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Shop Foreman for our Aurora, CO location. The Shop Foreman will be responsible for managing daily operations in the shop, supervising technicians, scheduling repairs, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the shop team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs.
  • Schedule maintenance and repair work in coordination with service managers and dispatch.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and technician performance.
  • Train and mentor shop technicians to improve skills and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support equipment readiness for rental and sales.
  • Support and assist in troubleshooting and diagnostics of complex equipment issues.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in heavy equipment mechanical repair or maintenance.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a shop environment.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and safety-conscious environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.
