This phone-focused role is responsible for generating qualified leads, following up on roofing estimates, requesting referrals from satisfied customers, and engaging homeowners in neighborhoods where roofing projects have been completed. The Outbound Lead Generation Call Administrator will work from prepared call lists, follow approved call scripts, schedule roof inspections and estimates, and document all customer interactions within the designated tracking system. This position is ideal for an energetic communicator who enjoys building relationships over the phone and helping drive growth within the roofing and exterior restoration industry. Essential Functions Lead Generation & Customer Outreach Make outbound calls to prospective residential and commercial property owners using prepared call lists. Conduct follow-up calls with homeowners who have received roofing, siding, gutter, or exterior restoration estimates. Contact previous customers to request referrals from friends, family members, and neighbors who may need roofing or exterior services. Reach out to new homeowners whose properties previously received roofing installations or repairs. Conduct storm restoration outreach to homeowners in neighborhoods impacted by hail, wind, or severe weather events. Perform cold outreach to homeowners within designated service areas to introduce roofing inspection and maintenance services. Deliver approved call scripts in a professional, personable, and consultative manner. Qualify prospective customers and gather key property, insurance, and contact information. Appointment Scheduling & Sales Support Schedule free roof inspections, damage assessments, and estimate appointments for roofing sales representatives and project managers. Re-engage homeowners with open roofing proposals by answering questions, addressing concerns, and encouraging next steps. Assist with lead nurturing efforts throughout the sales process. Help maintain a steady pipeline of qualified roofing and exterior restoration opportunities. Support storm response campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives. Documentation & Administrative Support Accurately log all call activity, customer responses, appointments, and follow-up actions within the designated CRM or call tracking system. Maintain detailed customer records and lead notes. Escalate customer concerns, insurance questions, or service issues to management as appropriate. Participate in weekly team meetings to review lead generation performance, appointment-setting metrics, and sales pipeline activity. Maintain professionalism and represent CNS positively in every customer interaction.   QualificationsQualifications Required Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. Ability to follow call scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems, spreadsheets, and data entry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and resilience when overcoming objections or rejection. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, or inside sales. Experience in roofing, construction, restoration, home services, or insurance-related industries. Familiarity with storm restoration sales processes and homeowner insurance claims. Experience using CRM software, call tracking systems, or power dialers. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirable. Employees routinely use computers, headsets, phones, CRM systems, and other office equipment while supporting roofing sales operations. Physical Demands This is primarily a sedentary position requiring prolonged periods of sitting, speaking on the phone, and working at a computer. Occasional lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds may be required. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time position requiring approximately 12–15 hours per week. Typical Schedule: Saturday: In-office (Aurora, Colorado) Two weekday evenings: Remote (schedule determined based on availability) Additional hours may be available based on seasonal demand and storm-related activity. Compensation Hourly base pay plus performance-based incentives. Bonuses for qualified roof inspection and estimate appointments scheduled. Additional incentives may be available for appointments that result in completed roofing or exterior restoration projects.
