At Woven Care, we're a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. What Your Day Looks Like  

You will join a team who loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.  

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.  Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation.

We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that’s why we’ve built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:   

  • $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure  
  • Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging  

Compensation flexibility  

Choose a model that works for you! Salary ($82,000–$90,000) or pay-per-billed-visit ($35–$43.20/visit, $120/eval, $35–$36/meeting hour). We'll explain both models clearly so you can choose what makes sense for how you want to work. Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation!  

Performance-based monthly bonus  

We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!  

Sign-on bonus  

Up to $7,000 in bonus.   

Benefits options  

Medical, dental, vision, tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!  

 

What You Need  

  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy 
  • NBCOT certification in good standing 
  • Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain 
  • 2-5 years of experience
