Meijer is looking for a reliable, energetic Truck Breakdown Team Member to help keep our store running smoothly by breaking down daily deliveries and getting product where it needs to go. If you enjoy fast‑paced work, teamwork, and making a visible impact every shift, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Break Down Daily Deliveries — Unload pallets, sort product, and prepare items for stocking

• Organize Backroom Inventory — Keep freight areas clean, safe, and efficient

• Support Stocking Teams — Stage product for departments and assist with replenishment

• Maintain Safety Standards — Follow all equipment and lifting guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

What skills will you use?

• You are detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
• Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Process-driven with ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm while working in a fast-paced environment.

This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.
