What you will do:

The Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate I is an entry-level position responsible for performing basic tasks related to the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order picking, packing, and inventory handling. The associate works under close supervision and follows established procedures to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards. 

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Receive incoming shipments andassistwith unloading, sorting, and stocking inventory.
  • Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including shelves, bins, and packing stations.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and responsibly.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Assistwith labeling, scanning, and documentation of products and shipments.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.
  • Other Accountabilities as Assigned

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GEDrequired.
  • No prior warehouse experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
  • Ability tolift upto 50lbsand stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and abilityto follow instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

  • Learn to use professional concepts. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
  • Works on problemsoflimited scope. Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.Buildsstable working relationships internally.
  • Normallyreceivesdetailed instructions on all work.
  • Typicallyrequires nopreviousprofessional experience.

Working Conditions:

Office Environment: This position is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The employee must be able to access and navigate office and production areas as needed. Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 20 pounds may be required, such as boxes, office supplies, or product samples. The position may also involve regular interaction with internal teams, vendors, and logistics personnel, requiring effective verbal and written communication skills. Standard business hours apply, with occasional flexibility based on operational needs.
