ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:Â
- Maintain overall theater, stage, and backstage cleanliness in a safe and efficient manner. Report any maintenance concerns
- Support and promote a Guest First philosophy
- Ensure that all employees adhere to the set schedules, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks
- Ensure that guests and team members abide by all policies and procedures while in the show venue
- Assist in training new team members on operating procedures
- Help cast, crew and ushers daily to maintain top quality shows and performances
- Ensure all aspects of theater/stage is prepped and in operational order for each event or performance
- Ensure all shows begin promptly on time
- Clearly communicate general information and direction to team members and Guests
- Must adhere to the grooming guidelines Â
- Complete all daily paperwork (show reports/time sheets/dispute forms)
- Report any issues to the Department Manager
- Assists with task in the park or venue as needed or deemed necessary
- Â Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to working as a member of the theatrical work crew team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Â Â
- Be at least 18 years of age. Â
- Have a valid Georgia Driver’s License and clean driving record. Â
- Communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language. Â
- Be available to work flexible hours at nights, overnights, holidays and on weekends. Â
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- React well in stressful and emergency situations. Â
- Previous theater stage management experience.Â
- Basic technical skills. Â
- Possess above average communication skills. Â
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Â
- Be safety conscious, while also outgoing with a friendly demeanor. Â
- Be willing to actively engage guests.Â
 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Â
- Continued standing, kneeling, and bending.  Â
- Eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech. Manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color definition. Â
- Stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time and as many as 14 hours a day; walk over 3 miles per day over various surfaces. Â
- Lift and carry 25 lbs. over 25 feet over various surfaces; lift and lower 5 lbs. above shoulder level. Â
- Must be able to climb a stepladder up to 8 feet in height. Â
