What you’ll accomplish with us:

  • Prepare bank, investment, and intercompany notes daily and month-end reconciliations, including related journal entries
  • Participate with other teams and departments to monitor outstanding checks for resolution or escheatment
  • Perform cash funding analysis and funding transfers, and support forecasting for multiple entities using several accounting systems
  • Manage bank accounts and related documentation, and assist in opening and closing accounts
  • Communicate with banks and other financial institutions to obtain requested data and reports
  • Prepare and provide requested Treasury support for internal and external audits

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
  • 1-2 years of accounting work experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Accounting software (e.g. NetSuite or Great Plains)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Adaptable to change, with a positive, learning-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work remotely and in an office environment
