About the Role:

As an Attorney, you will play a critical role in providing expert legal advice and representation to clients across a variety of legal matters. Your primary objective will be to protect clients' interests by thoroughly analyzing legal issues, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and advocating on their behalf in negotiations and court proceedings. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies tailored to their unique situations. This role demands a strong commitment to ethical standards, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively. Ultimately, your work will contribute to achieving favorable outcomes for clients while upholding the integrity of the legal profession.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2-6 years of personal injury experience. 
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish. 
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant U.S. state(s) where legal services will be provided.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws applicable to the practice area.
  • Demonstrated experience in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
  • Excellent ethical standards and professional integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency.
  • Advanced certifications or continuing legal education in relevant legal fields.
  • Proficiency with legal research databases and case management software.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case development and client advisement.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement discussions, advocating effectively on their behalf.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, providing clear guidance to inform their decisions.
