We are looking for team members who are ready to be empowered to go above and beyond..   JOB SUMMARY: Prepare all drinks for bar customers, cocktail servers and food servers while providing guests with professional, efficient service and quality-made beverages   Shift Requirements: Shifts are primarily from 4pm -12am Sunday-Thursday; 6pm-2am on Friday/ Saturday Responsibilities: Essential: Prepares all beverage mixers to recipe beverages to guests Promotes and up-sells liquor and food Must be completely familiar with all the different kinds of liquor, recipes and prices of drinks, proper glassware and garnishes Follows guidelines established in regard to age identification for suspected minors and when dealing with an intoxicated customer Must be familiar with cash handling procedures to include proper discounting, Tabit system, bank procedures and tip policies Basics: Attend required meetings Keep work areas clean and organized Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately Maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions.
