Escrow Services Representative (Independence Title - Main Office)

Independence Title in Austin, Texas (Shepherd Mountain Cove Office – Main Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Escrow Services Representative to join our team in-office at our main location.  Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Escrow Services Representative is responsible for:

• Daily backup coverage and occasional vacation coverage for receptionist responsibilities: duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby set-up, processing deliveries and mail
• RamQuest support - escrow support via RamQuest processes, including receiving and processing all Agent Vendor requests
• Receiving and processing ZOCCAM and BankShot orders for the company
• Handling ICL/CPL user account set-up and handle log-in issues for all users
• Assisting with centralized recording desk 
• Assisting with file storage

Qualifications:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Direct experience in Escrow preferred (minimum of 2 years).
• Experience in RamQuest preferred
• Experience in banking/financial industry helpful.
• Great attitude and strong attention to detail. 
• Microsoft Suite proficient.
• Must be available to work in person, 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday at our main office; this is not a remote position.
