Our Edge infrastructure supports content distribution for Apple's installed base of devices and the related services that are used by more than a billion people.

Description


We’re looking for a software engineer with a unique blend of experience and interest in systems, architecture, network and software development practices. You will be part of a forward-thinking and dynamic team responsible for supporting Apple’s Edge Infrastructure. Our team is responsible for systems which configure the Edge for Apple.

Minimum Qualifications


BS in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent job-related experience 5+ years of software development experience with languages such as Go, Rust, C++, Swift, etc

Preferred Qualifications


A passion for solving complex problems at scale and driving technical innovation. Experience with domain-specific languages (DSLs), versioned and compatibility of configurations, interpreter concepts, and configuration developer tools. Knowledge of networking protocols like HTTP, TLS, or TCP/IP. OpenAPI, gRPC/Protobuf, Terraform/OpenTofu Experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes such as Helm, Pulumi, Flux Familiarity with proxy systems such as NGINX or Envoy.
