TheSuperintendentisresponsibleforaspecificareaofdirecting,training,andadministratingtheefforts for all Subcontractors. The Superintendent communicates on a regular basis with the Project Manager and Subcontractor Divisions regarding projects, project timelines, and project startups and staffing required.Â

MeetsonaregularbasiswiththeProjectManagerandsubcontractorstoco-ordinatethe standardization of processes and resolution of mutual concerns.Â
WorkswiththeProjectManagerintheestablishmentofnewhiringprocessesandproceduresfor field personnel.Â
Schedulingandcoordinationofmaterialtoshiptojobsite.Â
Overseeandensurethatallprojectsinspecificareaarecompletedtoforecast.Â
OverseestheSafetyProgramandassuresthatallSafetyStandardsarebeingmetandmaintained.Â
EnsurethattheFieldStafffollowpertinentgovernmentregulationsandcontract documents.Â
Assignfieldstaffingthatwillmeetorexceedtheprojecttimelinesandbudgetsinconjunctionwith the Director of Production.Â
CoordinatewiththeTools/EquipmentManagerregardingtoolsandinventoryasrequiredfor projects.Â
ManagestheProductionandFieldStaffingTeam foraspecificarea.Isresponsiblefortheoverall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the field staff.Â
Assistsintheinterviewing,hiring,andtrainingoftheFieldStaffandthesupport staff.Â
AssistsinthedevelopmentoftrainingprogramsforFieldStaffingthatensuresourCompany excellence.Â
ConductsareaProductionandFieldStaffmeetingswhenrequired.Â
