Full-time, On-site in Austin, Texas
Monday–Friday (8am–5pm), flexibility as business needs require
Compensation
$25-$28 per hour
What the Role Requires
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to consistently achieve hiring goals
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and development
Attend and contribute to weekly leadership meetings to align recruiting strategy with business priorities
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Strategic Recruiting & Partnerships
Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and build hiring strategies
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and departments
Ensure job postings are compelling, accurate, and aligned with DaBella’s brand and values
Manage high-volume recruiting efforts through platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
Process, Performance & Results
Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and team performance
Identify gaps, remove obstacles, and implement improvements to increase hiring efficiency and quality
Collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding and retention outcomes
Lead by example in candidate experience and operational excellence
