Compensation

Location & Schedule

  • Full-time, On-site in Austin, Texas

  • Monday–Friday (8am–5pm), flexibility as business needs require

Compensation

  • $25-$28 per hour

What the Role Requires

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to consistently achieve hiring goals

  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and development

  • Attend and contribute to weekly leadership meetings to align recruiting strategy with business priorities

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Strategic Recruiting & Partnerships

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and build hiring strategies

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and departments

  • Ensure job postings are compelling, accurate, and aligned with DaBella’s brand and values
    Manage high-volume recruiting efforts through platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn

Process, Performance & Results

  • Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and team performance

  • Identify gaps, remove obstacles, and implement improvements to increase hiring efficiency and quality

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding and retention outcomes

  • Lead by example in candidate experience and operational excellence
