Job DetailsJob Location: Austin, TX 78758Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Base+Commission/yearJohnson Bros. Bakery Supply, a leader and innovator in the Baking Industry, has an opportunity available in the Austin, Texas region for a proven Account Manager with extensive sales experience to create long-term, trusting relationships with new and existing customers. Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers Develop new business from existing customers Actively seek new sales opportunities Develop sales by making initial presentation, explaining product and service enhancements and additions Prepare reports on customer account status Act as the Liaison between customers and internal JBBS team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer needs Be available for customers through email, phone and in-person meetings Forecast and track key account metrics Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product Qualifications: Bilingual preferred Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent work experience Experience in the Food Service Industry a plus Previous experience in food industry preferred Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize a busy workload Must be self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Salary and Benefits Package: $60k to $70k, Base salary with commission Monthly auto reimbursement Benefits and PTO after 60 days Employer paid 401(k) employer match, Life/AD&D and short-term disability
