Position Overview As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide friendly, timely, and secure transportation for guests traveling to and from the airport. You’ll operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and serve as a key part of creating a positive customer experience. Apply today and help us deliver a smooth, relaxing start to every trip!   QualificationsEducation: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.  Experience: - Must be 21 years of age. - Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate. - Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service. - Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations. - Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus. Skills and Abilities: - Excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques. - Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations. - Ability to navigate efficiently in various traffic conditions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other staff. - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. - Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues. - Ability to maintain accurate records and logs. - Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds. - Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed. - Ability to assist passengers with luggage or other belongings. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized vehicle. - Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. - Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken). - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
