Requirements

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapyfrom an accredited program

• NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice

• Current BLS/CPR Certification

• Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License
