Responsibilities:

• Drive 56 passenger charter bus motor coach, including regular route operations, charters, and private carriage and over the road
• May assist passengers with baggage loading to motorcoach
• Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
• Inspect vehicles, and check gas, oil, coolant and water levels prior to departure
• Drive vehicles over specified routes or to specified destinations according to time schedules in order to transport passengers, complying with traffic regulations
• Park vehicles at loading areas so that passengers can board
• Assist passengers with baggage
• Report delays or accidents
• Advise passengers to be seated and orderly while on vehicles
• Regulate heating, lighting, and ventilating systems for passenger comfort
• Load and unload baggage in baggage compartments
• Call Dispatch daily for assignments
• Walk or Climb (Occasionally)

Requirements:

• CDL license A or B with Passenger endorsement
• Clean driving record and must be able to pass a drug test
• MUST HAVE A minimum 1 year charter bus experience
• Relationship Building - Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers. (Get clients that request on you by name!)
• Safety Awareness - Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee, passenger and road safety.
• Open communication that is professional and respectful with oneself and others.
• Vehicle maintenance; Vehicle to remain clean and identify any technical issues.
