As the Construction Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for project delivery to partners and leadership, responsible for taking projects from initial concept through design, construction, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on coordinating with a diverse group of stakeholders—including executive leadership, internal cross-functional partners, architects, engineers, and general contractors—to deliver inspiring and functional spaces on time and within budget.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong portfolio of completed complex construction projects. Proven track record managing the fit-out of technical spaces such as labs and research facilities. Deep experience with the full project lifecycle, from programming and design through commissioning and closeout. Deep experience in managing project financials, including budget creation, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting on projects of significant value. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project, Bluebeam) and standard office software.
Preferred Qualifications
10 years of progressive experience in construction project management. Demonstrated experience managing high-design architectural projects where aesthetic quality and finish were paramount. Ability to drive progress across diverse cross-functional teams through collaboration. A self-starter with a powerful sense of ownership and a "no-task-is-too-small" demeanor. An eye for quality and the rigor to ensure nothing is overlooked in both design and technical execution. Excellent communication, consensus building, and interpersonal skills; able to articulate sophisticated ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and navigates ambiguity with confidence. Identifies potential issues before they become problems and develops creative, effective solutions.
