How you will contribute to our TEAM:Â
- Prepare cost estimates, construction budgets and construction schedules.Â
- Inspect worksites.
- Determine material, subcontractor and labor requirements.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings.
- Coordinate and direct all on-site activities of Camp employees, sub-contractors, craftsmen, tradesmen and vendors to ensure that Camp’s goals and standards are met.
- Buy-out of jobs within an approved construction budget of less than $5,000.00
- Assist salesman/project manager with buy-out of jobs in excess of $5,000.00.Â
- Ensure that jobs are completed on schedule and on budget.
- Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.Â
- Travel to remote markets to prepare cost estimates, establish operations, follow local building codes, means and methods.Â
- Identify, investigate and select local subcontractors and vendors.Â
- Creatively participate in building Camp’s success by keeping costs low and quality high. Seek out additional ways to achieve excellence, both personally and corporately
 Our Requirements:
- Ability to travel a minimum of 75%
- Construction experience required, multi-family preferred
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in NAV, ProCore, or Sage preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Excellent organizational skills
- High sense of urgency
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including ability to work with a variety of subcontractors
- High integrity
- Authoritative and resourceful decision maker
- Resourceful and creative problem solver
