Job Summary:

The Video Coordinator for Ole Miss Women’s Basketball is responsible for managing all video-related operations for the program, including game film, practice film, scouting video, edit breakdowns, video exchange, and technology support.

Job Description:

This position works closely with the coaching staff to provide timely, accurate, and organized video content to support team preparation, player development, and game planning. The Video Coordinator must maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced NCAA Division I environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of video operations for the women’s basketball program.

  • Capture, edit, organize, and distribute practice and game footage for coaches and student-athletes.

  • Prepare opponent scouting film, including breaking down game film, tagging plays, and creating customized video edits.

  • Manage video exchange responsibilities, including receiving, uploading, and organizing opponent and conference film.

  • Support coaching staff with film needs for recruiting, player development, and strategic planning.

  • Operate and maintain video equipment, software, and related technology used by the program.

  • Ensure timely delivery of all requested film and video materials.

  • Maintain an organized video archive and file management system.

  • Uphold NCAA, SEC, and University policies and procedures related to video, confidentiality, and athletics operations.
