Core Site Operations & Facilities Management Admin

  • Day-to-day site operations ownership (issue triage, prioritization, vendor coordination)
  • Preventive maintenance planning and execution (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Space planning & utilization (desk allocation, lab/office reconfigurations, growth planning)
  • Conference room infrastructure (A/V systems, scheduling tools, uptime)
  • Parking management and site logistics (capacity, permits, visitor flow)

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage relationships with Aramark and other service providers (cleaning, catering, maintenance)
  • Negotiate and track vendor SLAs, performance, and cost optimization
  • Oversee contractor access, compliance, and safety onboarding
  • Manage service tickets and escalation for critical issues

Workplace Experience & Employee Support

  • Office services (mailroom, shipping/receiving, pantry/kitchen stocking)
  • Event support (town halls, customer visits, internal meetings)
  • Workplace readiness for new hires (desk setup, IT coordination, welcome kits)
  • Employee requests/helpdesk resolution (facilities-related tickets)
  • Return-to-office / hybrid workplace readiness and seating strategy

Safety, Compliance & Business Continuity

  • Partner with EHS on:
    • Emergency preparedness (fire drills, evacuation plans, incident response)
    • Safety audits and compliance checks
  • Maintain site emergency systems (alarms, extinguishers, AEDs)
  • Business continuity planning (site-level response for outages or disruptions)
  • Regulatory compliance (local building codes, ADA compliance, inspections)

Capital Projects & Site Improvements

  • Assist Corp Facilities team with any local construction and office build-out projects
  • Lead minor construction and office build-out projects

IT & Infrastructure Coordination (Facilities Interface)

  • Partner with IT on:
    • IDF/network closet infrastructure, cabling, and power requirements
    • Data center / lab environmental controls
  • Support deployment of workplace tech (badging systems, access control, smart office tools)
  • Work directly with and coordinate with office ISP on any infrastructure upgrades and/or outages

Sustainability & Energy Management

  • Track and optimize energy usage (HVAC efficiency, lighting automation)
  • Support corporate sustainability goals (waste reduction, recycling programs)
  • Monitor utilities and identify cost-saving opportunities

Security (Expanded Beyond Basic Coverage)

  • Physical security systems oversight (CCTV, access control systems)
  • Incident management and reporting (security breaches, after-hours access)
  • Visitor management processes and compliance
  • Coordination with corporate/global security teams

Administrative & Financial Oversight

  • Asset tracking (furniture, equipment, shared resources)
