What will you do?

Digital Reporting (Magazines)

  • Performance Analysis: Build and deliver customized digital performance reports for magazine advertising campaigns (web analytics, digital placements, and sponsored content), translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Data Analytics: Analyze magazine campaign KPIs to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for optimization across digital touchpoints.
  • Client-Facing Reporting: Partner with the sales team to present digital results to magazine advertisers in a way that reinforces value and supports renewal and upsell conversations.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert on the Magazines team's digital products, platforms, and audience metrics.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current on digital media and magazine industry trends to keep reporting frameworks and recommendations sharp and relevant.

Event Sponsorship & Activation Coordination

  • Sales–Events Liaison: Serve as the primary coordination point between the Sales and Events teams, ensuring sponsorship commitments sold by Sales are accurately scoped, understood, and delivered by the Events team.
  • Activation Planning: Coordinate sponsor activation details—signage, booth space, on-site branding, program mentions, and other deliverables—ensuring contracted assets are fulfilled on time and as promised.
  • Cross-Team Communication: Keep sales reps, sponsors, and the events team aligned throughout the planning cycle, proactively flagging risks, timeline conflicts, or scope gaps.
  • Post-Event Recaps & Reporting: Compile post-event recap reports for sponsors and internal stakeholders, capturing deliverables fulfilled, engagement metrics, photos, and overall sponsorship performance, and using recap data to inform future renewal and upsell conversations.

Creative (Magazines)

  • Creative Coordination: Partner with the creative/design team to develop sponsor-facing creative assets for magazine placements and event activations, including digital ad units, sponsored content concepts, and on-site branding materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure creative deliverables for magazine sponsors and event sponsors align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
  • Client Solutions: Recommend creative enhancements, new digital products, and sponsorship activation ideas to current magazine clients, and handle objections efficiently.

Collaboration & Client Experience

  • Customer Experience: Act as a key point of contact for magazine advertisers and event sponsors from campaign/activation kickoff through post-event wrap-up.
  • Collaboration: Join forces with sales and events teams to develop upsell opportunities and drive incremental revenue growth across digital and event sponsorship packages.

What will it take to be successful?

  • Purposeful: You are direct and get things done quickly, with confidence, integrity, and determination.
  • Adaptable: You react and adjust to changing conditions and come up with practical ideas to deal with them—especially under event timelines.
  • Driven: You have self-assurance and competitive drive, delivering high-quality, organized, and repeatable results.
  • Communicator: You are a lively and intelligent person with a stimulating influence on others, comfortable bridging sales, events, and creative teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: You keep sponsor deliverables, timelines, and reporting accurate and on track across multiple simultaneous events and campaigns.
