We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to support our client service team and help keep client work moving. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, insurance carriers, and internal teams to support renewals, proposals, enrollment, reporting, and day-to-day service.

ExperINS works primarily with HR departments and company leadership. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with professionals and understand the importance of business etiquette and clear communication.

This is an entry-level role with real responsibility. You’ll learn the employee benefits business, build strong project and data skills, and help create a smooth experience for both clients and the team.

Reports to: Client Account Manager and/or Client Account Executive

Requirements

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the details, deadlines, and data that keep client service running well.

  • Peer review proposal spreadsheets and compare carrier options, pricing, plan features, and coverage differences
  • Resolve enrollment, billing, eligibility, and claims issues by working with clients, carriers, and internal team members
  • Maintain accurate client, plan, renewal, and contact information across our CRM and internal systems
  • Support client renewals, onboarding, plan changes, and open enrollment under the direction of senior team members
  • Strategize with Account Managers to create customized renewal presentations, ensuring data is accurately interpreted and presented in a way that aligns with client objectives and renewal recommendations.
  • Create benefit guides, enrollment materials, reports, dashboards, and other client-facing documents
  • Track deadlines, meetings, follow-ups, and open tasks so the client team stays organized and prepared

What We’re Looking For

We care most about your ability to learn, stay organized, and follow through.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities without losing track of the details
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, data, and business documents
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions, solve problems, and take ownership while demonstrating a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
  • The ability to work well with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members
  • An active Life and Health insurance license, or the willingness to obtain one shortly after hire

Experience in employee benefits or insurance is required.

A college degree is not required. Relevant experience, training, certifications, or demonstrated ability may be substituted.
