Wursta is seeking an exceptionally proactive, sharp, and business-minded Executive Assistant to act as an operational partner and force multiplier for our CEO. In this role, you will manage complex logistics, dynamic scheduling, and key cross-functional action items. You will serve as the glue between leadership initiatives and daily execution by taking operational weight off the CEO so he can focus on driving business strategy.

You’ll gain direct, end-to-end visibility into a high-growth tech company. For a high-performer who excels at organizing chaos, anticipating needs, and driving accountability, this role offers high organizational visibility with long-term career growth potential.

What You’ll Do

Executive Operations & Coordination

  • Leadership Alignment: Attend strategic leadership meetings, track high-priority action items, and ensure accountability across teams on the CEO’s behalf.

  • Research & Context Building: Proactively gather background context, conduct research, and draft high-level presentations to prepare the CEO for critical meetings.

  • Strategic Projects: Help coordinate and execute internal operational initiatives and company-wide projects directly linked to the Office of the CEO.

Core Calendar & Travel Execution

  • Calendar Management: Direct and defend a dynamic, fast-moving calendar. Resolve conflicts independently while aligning time allocation with core business priorities.

  • Travel Logistics: Design and manage domestic and international travel itineraries (flight, hotel, ground transport). Accompany the CEO on business trips when real-time operational support is required.

  • Executive Liaison: Act as a responsive proxy for the CEO with internal teams and external partners. Manage incoming communications and preserve strict confidentiality on sensitive global matters.

  • Personal & Office Operations: Oversee ad-hoc personal requests to streamline the CEO’s bandwidth, alongside managing local Austin office activities to keep daily operations seamless.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments. Experience managing office operations or improving workflow processes is highly valued.

  • Tech Mastery: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) and quick adaptability to new management tools.

  • Proactive Judgment: Strong initiative with a habit of thinking two steps ahead, anticipating operational gaps, and handling sensitive issues with total discretion.

  • Bilingual Proficiency (Huge Plus!): Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Logistics & Flexibility:

  • Based in Austin, TX for a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office).

  • Valid US Passport with availability for 10–20% travel (domestic and LATAM/EMEA), sometimes on short notice.

  • High responsiveness and availability outside standard hours when urgent operational needs arise.
