Facilities Courier Coordinator| Location: 11149 Research Blvd, Austin, TX, 78759 | Schedule: Monday- Friday:7:30AM-4:00PM | Salary Range: $46,000-$52,000 | FLSA Status: Non-exempt

What You'll Do 

Facilities & Maintenance Support 

  • Independently plan daily work schedule and routine.  
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and purchase materials/tools as needed; report major issues to the AVP Administrative Services.  
  • Assist with maintaining facility work tickets and communicate with branch managers to ensure needs are being met.  
  • Perform routine cleanup and inspection of all buildings and grounds.  
  • Contact and oversee contractors performing repairs (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).  
  • Take photos and provide documentation for home equity loans and annual commercial loan inspections.  

Courier & Delivery Services 

  • Fill supply orders and transport supplies, forms, loan files, and other materials between the main office and branches.  
  • Pick up items from local vendors (signs, printers, etc.).  
  • Provide courier services as needed, including the transfer of money and/or event tickets between branches.  
  • Pick up, sort, and deliver U.S. mail daily.  
  • Maintain company vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper operation.  

Administrative & Operational Support 

  • Assist departments with moving office equipment, furniture, or supplies.  
  • Assist with maintaining inventory and distribution of forms and office supplies.  
  • Perform light janitorial duties as needed.  
  • Attend all assigned training sessions.  
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.  

What You Bring 

  • High school diploma or GED.  
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience performing routine maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep.  
  • Experience in facilities, maintenance, courier services, or administrative support. 
  • General troubleshooting and repair skills, including basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC.  
  • Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles.  
  • Good driving record required.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft products: Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams.  

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience in facilities, maintenance, courier services, or administrative support.  
  • Experience working in a financial institution or multi-location organization.
