We are looking to add a Facilities Help Desk Coordinator to our facilities team. This position will support a fast-paced, professional environment by managing incoming facilities requests, coordinating maintenance services, and providing excellent customer service to employees, vendors, and business partners.

Job Summary

The Facilities Help Desk Coordinator is the primary point of contact for facilities-related service requests, maintenance issues, and work orders. This position receives, processes, dispatches, tracks, and follows up on requests to ensure timely resolution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming facilities tickets, phone calls, emails, and service requests.
  • Receive, document, prioritize, and dispatch maintenance work orders to the appropriate team or vendor.
  • Track open requests and follow up to ensure timely completion and accurate ticket updates.
  • Provide professional customer service and clear communication to employees, vendors, contractors, and business partners.
  • Coordinate vendor support for repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and other facility services.
  • Maintain accurate work orders, records, databases, logs, and facility documentation.
  • Assist with obtaining quotes, processing invoices, and verifying charges.
  • Support Facilities Operations and EHS with administrative and coordination needs.
  • Escalate urgent or recurring facility issues as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced call center, help desk, facilities, or customer service environment preferred.
  • Facilities and/or EHS experience preferred.
  • Experience with CMMS, ticketing, work order, or facilities management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests, calls, emails, and priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with Apple/iOS systems, Mac platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to remain professional and organized under pressure.

Education

Some college, technical training, or equivalent relevant work experience required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour

direction to contractors.
* Manages time eLiciently with demonstrated ability to multi-task.
* Familiarity with Mac platform and Microsoft OLice programs. Must have good typing
skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Must work well under pressure in a demanding environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
