This role supports critical facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and mechanical systems, while responding to maintenance requests and emergency situations. The Facilities Technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots equipment issues, and helps ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control practices. Must have own transportation and available for on call (Nights and Weekends) if needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred. Experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or healthcare facilities. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies. Valid driver's license and applicable certifications may be required.
