Facility: Dell Children's Medical Center 

Department/Specialty: Foundations Fundraising 

Schedule: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Lead Director of Development, Principal Gifts strategies for $250,000+ gifts, aligning donor interests with Dell Children’s hospital priorities and clinical leaders.
  • Identify principal gift and grant prospects, developing strategic cultivation plans that strengthen donor engagement and advance philanthropic support for patient care.
  • Build personalized donor relationships and stewardship strategies, serving as primary relationship manager for principal gift donors and foundation funders.
  • Coordinate solicitation teams with executive, clinical, and volunteer leaders, guiding major gift strategies from cultivation through solicitation and stewardship.
  • Maintain accurate donor documentation, contact histories, gift activity, and Moves Management records in Raiser’s Edge/Blackbaud to support development tracking.
  • Collaborate across the interdisciplinary team to monitor development plans, strengthen grant opportunities, and advance quality improvement through effective philanthropic partnerships.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
