Receive,code and create builder billing tickets for processing and builder payment deposits
Review data reports for potential income items not collected with original invoicing
Follow up with clients and vendors for income receipt
Receive, code and deposit payments for pre-closing invoices
Format and deposit wire transfer income from closing sources within bank CRM platform
Deposit incoming funds associated with closings
Post charges and credits in VMS Software
Help solve issues and concerns by phone and email with title companies
Knowledge of HOA and the setup of each community
Provide excellent customer service
Be extremely articulate and professional
Self-Starter with multiple ongoing job tasks
Format and create excel documents from source data
