The Guest Experience Attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming, energetic, and hospitable experience throughout the Terry Black’s Barbecue dining room.
This position spends the majority of the shift actively moving throughout the dining room, interacting with guests, anticipating their needs, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the space, and making sure every guest feels taken care of.

- Be observant: Notice empty drinks, full trash, dirty tables, confused guests, or someone looking for assistance.
- Be genuine: Talk to guests like people, not transactions.

- Create memorable moments: Look for small opportunities to go above and beyond.
