Hotel Sales & Service Supervisor - Full Time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Leadership Agility: Demonstrates the ability to guide, support, and hold team members accountable while maintaining trust and morale.
  • Service Excellence: Leads with heart - guiding a team to craft memorable guest experiences that feel personal, effortless, and authentic.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, adept at handling unexpected situations with composure.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Previous experience in upselling and revenue generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with Purpose: Inspire, coach, and empower Front Desk Agents to deliver exceptional service and take ownership of every guest interaction as a sales opportunity.
  • Sales & Revenue Champion: Actively participate in Pathfinder's sales vision by identifying upsell opportunities, nurturing local business relationships, and driving room and amenity revenue through authentic connection and persuasive communication.
  • Service Excellence & Guest Experience: Ensure every guest interaction creates a Peak Moment - one that feels personal, effortless, and memorable - while resolving concerns swiftly and with empathy.
  • Team Development: Train and develop Front Desk Agents through ongoing feedback and coaching, fostering skill growth, confidence, and alignment with Pathfinder's service culture.
  • Operational Execution: Oversee check-in/check-out accuracy, room assignments, and inventory to ensure seamless operations and optimized occupancy.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to ensurereadiness, communication, and consistency across the guest journey.

Compensation/Pay: $22 - $24
