Human Resources Coordinator ( HRC )

Full-Time | On-Site | 

Salary Range: $60K-$70K

 

 

We are seeking a talented and curious HR professional who values partnership, accountability, and meaningful impact. This is a hands-on for a market of clinics, for someone who wants to be close to the work- supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations; while partnering closely with our HR Shared Services team.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, coordinates the clerical and administrative function of the Human Resources Department to ensure efficient operation and timely response to employees and manager inquires.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver seamless support in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders
  • Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity
  • Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Act as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes
  • Support employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistency
  • Play an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high-performing workplace culture
  • Contribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or a combination of education and experience required   
  • Two or more years of experience in Human Resources
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as computer applications relating to Human Resources Functions required   

 

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to a board range of functions required. Previous HR experience in a health care facility with exposure to Joint Commission, and CMS preferred
  • Familiarity with benefit administration, basic HR functions, Payroll Administration, and state and federal employment laws
  • Must be detail-oriented with expertise in problem solving, observation, group dynamics, and interpersonal relations
