Sign On Bonus

  • $1,000 after 30 Days
  • $500 after 6 months
  • $500 after 1 year

 

Rotating Shift Schedule 

Night Shift Schedule (6pm -6am)

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and minor repairs; document work in CMMS. 
  • Support troubleshooting and repair of corrugators, die cutters, conveyors, and related equipment. 
  • Assist with electrical tasks including motors, sensors, switches, safety devices, and basic PLC diagnostics; follow LOTO procedures. 
  • Support boiler operations, inspections, water sampling, and regulatory compliance.  
  • Obtain MN Special Class Boiler License (90 days) and 2B License (within 2 years).  
  • Meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs; standing, bending, climbing) and work safely in an industrial environment using required PPE.
  • Strong mechanical skills and aptitude
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC and hydraulics
  • Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
