RideNow Powersports - Austinis looking for a Inventory Specialist who’s ready to deliver top-tier service! 

Main Responsibilities

  • Take quality photos of all vehicles for digital merchandising on the dealership's website
  • Add units to website with descriptions
  • Generate QR/Barcode labels for all vehicles
  • Prep and stage units for customer deliveries
  • Display any store marketing campaigns and hang tags
  • Manage Social Media videos and platform 
  • Purchase and manage used inventory
  • Updating daily logs with the current status and disposition of each vehicle
  • Coordinate with both Service and Parts Department Managers to ensure vehicles efficiently move through the inspection, repair and set up processes for retailing
  • Physically gather and stage vehicles marked for shipment prior to the arrival of transport
  • Perform inventory audits, including visually verifying the vehicle is onsite and its 17-character VIN, and report any discrepancies
  • Move and stage vehicles: motorcycles, SxS, ATV's  
 
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Clean driving record
  • The ability to safely move and operate motorcycles, some weighting in excess of 850lbs fully dressed
  • Proficiency in computer usage and applications such as Word, Excel, Gmail with the ability to navigate multiple software systems easily
  • Detailed oriented in a high volume, high urgency environment
  • Reliable, accountable, self-motivated, and able to maintain work quality and accuracy in peak volume periods
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build good working relationships with coworkers and vendors is a must
  • Familiarity with a variety of makes of motorcycle and powersports vehicles, preferred
  • History of working in a powersports or automotive dealership or repair facility is desired
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
