About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-driven Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty, safety, and overall presentation of a luxury residential community.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the care of landscaping, amenities, and exterior common areas, while also supporting light maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is committed to delivering a high standard of service.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain landscaping through mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, and mulching
  • Trim trees, hedges, and shrubs to ensure a polished, well-kept appearance
  • Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and greenery to enhance community aesthetics
  • Monitor plant health and address pests, damage, or irrigation issues
  • Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems, including minor repairs
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as painting touch-ups, lighting checks, and minor repairs
  • Keep all common areas clean, including walkways, garages, amenities, and dumpster areas
  • Remove trash, debris, and pet waste throughout the community
  • Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance as needed
  • Inspect grounds regularly to identify and address safety concerns
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in good condition
  • Provide courteous and professional service to residents, vendors, and team members

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of plants and flowers, including their maintenance requirements, gardening methods, and groundskeeping practices.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills. 
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. 
  • Position involves standing and movement throughout the day
  • An understanding of irrigation and low voltage for irrigation

Education & Experience 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Prior experience in residential facilities is a plus.
